Delete Account Policy

1. Your Right to Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Golden Digital account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and account information will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with this policy.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account through any of the following methods:

• Email Request: Send an email to cmsgoldendigital@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
• In-App Support Chat: Send a message to our support team via the Chat section in your dashboard requesting account deletion.
• Contact Form: Use the Contact Us page on our website.

3. What Data Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your profile information and avatar
• Your chat messages and conversation history
• Your course enrollment records and progress
• Your group memberships

The following data may be retained for legal and financial compliance:

• Payment & Booking Records: Transaction history and booking records are retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations (GST compliance).
• Anonymised Data: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for analytics.

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

5. Pending Bookings & Payments

If you have any active or pending bookings at the time of your deletion request, we recommend completing or cancelling those sessions before requesting deletion. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

6. Reactivation

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use Golden Digital again after deletion, you will need to create a new account. Previously deleted account data cannot be recovered.
